Verification email inbox

Temporary email for verification

MailDash gives you a short-lived receiving address for ordinary verification emails, confirmation links and low-risk signup messages when a website accepts disposable email.

Use a separate address for one-time verification

Temporary email can keep a one-off registration or download gate separate from the permanent inbox you use for important correspondence. Generate the address, paste it into the signup form, then return to MailDash to watch for the verification message.

Verification links and confirmation emails

Verification emails may contain a button, text link or numeric code. MailDash sanitizes displayed messages and hides remote images by default in the mailbox reader, reducing unnecessary third-party loading while you inspect the message.

Remember that temporary inboxes are not intended for account recovery. If you may need the account months later, use an address you control permanently.

Troubleshooting verification email delivery

  • Confirm the temporary address was entered exactly as shown.
  • Check whether the website explicitly blocks disposable email domains.
  • Wait briefly before asking the sender to resend the message.
  • Use Refresh Inbox to force a check instead of waiting for the next 10-second cycle.
  • If the service is important or recovery-sensitive, switch to a permanent mailbox.
